WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Automotive Service Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering the quality workmanship and customer experience that Fox Grand Traverse Ford is known for.

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Perform automotive maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Use modern diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department personnel.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Participate in paid training to stay current with evolving automotive technology.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous automotive repair experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Ford certifications or ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.
• Michigan automotive repair certifications or appropriate licensing.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
